Add link to proxied Graphite instance

I understand that we proxy requests to Graphite. Can we enable a link from the user interface to the graphite control panel? Through our proxy? The usecase is ahu who wants to look at another graph and doesn't know how to reach graphite directly (or maybe can't!).

Not until https://github.com/graphite-project/graphite-web/issues/223 is fixed.
