Remote backend - alsoNotifies not implemented

Short description

Remote backend does not support ALSO-NOTIFY metadata

Environment

• Operating system: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x64
• Software version: pdns auth 4.2-alpha1
• Software source: official repo

Steps to reproduce

1. configure Remote backend as the only backend
2. configure pdns-server to act as master
3. run pdns_notify

Expected behaviour

NOTIFY should be send to all servers present in NS rrset and those listed in ALSO-NOTIFY meta entry

Actual behaviour

NOTIFY is send to servers present in NS rrset only

Any chance to treat this as defect in similar way as #7155 and add it to 4.2.x milestone?
