Lua2 backend - alsoNotifies not implemented

Short description

Lua2 backend does not support ALSO-NOTIFY metadata

Environment

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x64
  • Software version: pdns auth master
  • Software source: official repo

Steps to reproduce

  1. configure lua2 backend as the only backend
  2. configure pdns-server to act as master
  3. run pdns_notify

Expected behaviour

NOTIFY should be send to all servers present in NS rrset and those listed in ALSO-NOTIFY meta entry

Actual behaviour

NOTIFY is send to servers present in NS rrset only

No promises (since I'm not the person able to say something intelligent about this) but I'm going to put it in the auth-4.2.x milestone.

Looks like something that could also happen in 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 etc.
