dnsdist: Ponder deprecating TLSContext lua API

Short description

It looks like TLSContext lua API only applies to DNS over TLS and that the equivalent features and methods are provided on the TLSFrontend side. DoH API doesn't provide such distinction and maybe we should unify that.
