fixes packages-installation on Debian and Ubuntu (#97)

Debian: python3-mysqldb is available since debian buster, python-mysqldb only in debian buster. Ubuntu: python3-pymysql is available in all supported ubuntu version

PR #118 with a fix is waiting since more then a year for a merge ... one could call it a unmaintained repo ... :-1:
