Feature: MSBuild command

I always forget the syntax to build a production-ready solution so it would be nice that I just select the MSBuild command from the list and specify which configuration to use dev or prod.

Commands:

msbuild /t:build /restore
msbuild /p:configuration=Release
msbuild /p:configuration=Debug
