SSR partially missing on ampere cards
(This is merely academic since I've DLSS available for my gpu)
Some SSR are missing. RT reflections are ok.

Bar 3 and 4 and water shots show the missing reflections.
GPU tested: RTX 3090 GPU Drivers: 516.40 OS: W11
In discord people with rdna2 say the reflections aren't missing:

I just tried it on my 3060 and I am getting that bug too. I really believe this is a driver bug because I never noticed it while developing before. I am not sure if there is anything I can do about it either - FSR doesn't touch the SSR shader at all.
A user in a discord I use has a 3050 and doesn't have that issue. It truly is weird.
I've tested the following drivers:
- 497.29
- 511.79
- 512.15
- 512.59
- 512.77
- 512.95
- 516.40 (the latest driver atm)
All drivers tested show the same issue.
tested 2060m 511.79 missing and a user in discord with RTX 2060 Super is also missing. RX 6800 is not missing.
1660 Ti (Turing architecture) is also missing most SSR effects. Seems to be an Nvidia related bug, but not exclusive to Ampere cards.
