Split resource embedding into its own reference

The resource embedding section is getting big and we also need to update it with the changes in:

We should split it to a new reference page.

It might be possible to not cause broken links when splitting pages according to: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2286402/url-fragment-and-302-redirects

We'd have to test if RTD keeps the #fragment when redirecting.
