Tutorial 0 can make users run postgrest on a wrong pg instance

We get this problem reported from time to time https://gitter.im/begriffs/postgrest?at=5e4f5e0c4880f07ed1eb66ac. It's easy to get the wrong port on postgrest.conf.

To solve this, I think we should put a note on step 5 recommending doing a check with psql <db-uri> and a \dt api.*. That way users can make sure they're hitting the right db.
