Note about quoting on curl
In bash a request that includes & must be quoted:
curl "http://localhost:3000/rpc/add_them?a=1&b=2"
Otherwise, on & it'll run curl as a background process.

Perhaps this could be a how-to on using curl? There are some things in http://postgrest.org/en/v5.2/integrations/timescaledb.html#postgrest-on-hypertables that would be useful to document.
Though maybe we'd be getting out of scope.
What we could do instead is to quote all curl calls in the docs and in Tutorial 0 add the note with the warning.
There is also a curl problem on windows regarding single quotes, see https://gitter.im/begriffs/postgrest?at=5d9decce49c7720aaf926aa9.

No longer a problem for a while since we show curl snippets on the API page
