Supported Zookeeper version

Bug description

Similarly to #6570, #6624, #9564, #9080 we don't have a clear Zookeeper version support:

• local development and CI tests are running with a mix of versions:
  • wurstmeister/zookeeper -> 3.4.13 (end of life since 1st of June, 2020)
  • zookeeper -> 3.8.0
• PostHog Cloud uses 3.6.1
• Helm chart uses bitnami/zookeeper:3.7.0-debian-10-r70

Status Update

• [X] CI, local development and hobby deployments (fixed via https://github.com/PostHog/posthog/pull/9638)
• [ ] PostHog Cloud
• [X] Helm Chart (nothing to do)

Expected behavior

PostHog has a fixed (set of) Zookeeper version(s). Currently targeting version 3.7.0.
