Allow more robust filtering on event name in the Events page

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently the events page can only filter on event name by matching either all, or only a specific one.

However sometimes it's useful to filter some out, and maybe even multiple ones at a time. For instance a user on Slack wanted to filter out Feature Flag Called and Identify.

Describe the solution you'd like

It should be possible to select multiple events in filtering. Additionally, in addition to current "matches exactly" it should also be possible to filter with a negation of that, i.e. "does not match exactly". Property filtering can be an inspiration here, but we probably don't need to be that powerful with events.

Thank you for your feature request – we love each and every one!

Related - https://github.com/PostHog/posthog/issues/5546 there is a partial solution designed there for reorganizing filters and other IA for events.

Hey - I am interested in working on this issue to get my feet wet. Is this still up for grabs?

Actually yes! It's not an easy one though, as there's quite a bit of complexity in the event selector component, and in updating the query schema for more robust event filters. Hence I removed the "good first issue" label. 😅 But if you still want to dive in, go ahead @lcchrty!

@Twixes sweet! I would love to grab this then.
