chore(web-analytics): Condense Filter Bar

Problem

We continue to add new features and buttons to the filter bar making it hard to use and cluttered.

Changes

The most important changes are that we moved the goals filter and path cleaning into the filters dropdown. We also rearranged some filters to group filtering vs date actions. Not sure people will like this change, so we will gradually roll it out and watch how people interact with it.
