feat(err): switch to tabs for exception card

Changes

• Create Tabs component in the lib/ui. It's a thin wrapper around @radix-ui/react-tabs.
• Use tabs inside exception card

The exception left title is a hidden tab, it displays the event as json. From what I understood, the event json viewer is mainly used by us for debugging events, so there should be no need to make it too obvious (ie a Raw tab) ?
