Target users & groups in same feature flag

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We are a B2B business using PostHog to release a feature for our product, we are using group analytics as recommended in the PostHog docs.

I want to be able to release a feature to my users and I might want to do this in a few different ways:

• A specific list of users - (possible)
• A specific list of "merchants" (a group type) - (possible)
• A specific list of users AND merchants - (not possible)

The last point is not possible, feature flags can only be released to users OR groups, not both.

Describe the solution you'd like

A way to mix and match release criteria to target both... ultimately it all boils down to users, so if we can't do exactly the above, some sort of "user is part of group X" selector instead.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Don't use group analytics, put everything on the person (seems flawed)
• Use a different feature flagging solution
