posthog Allow triggering surveys based on events properties

Is your feature request related to a problem?

we allow surveys to be triggered once an event is captured. However, we'd also like to trigger a survey depending on a property of this event.

Describe the solution you'd like

say I trigger an event doc showed, and it has a property like { source: web/mobile/whaterver).

I want to trigger a survey if the source is web

Describe alternatives you've considered

trigger different events per source, but that's not what I want
