Bug report: Problem with filters for `Latest current URL` `does not contain` on trends insight

Trying to filter out Latest current URL is not behaving as expected on trends insights.

How to reproduce

1. Create a new insight (or view this example)
2. Set a series A (in the example, the value for series A is set to ga_purchase)
3. Add filters for Latest Current URL doesn't contain utm, and for Latest Current URL doesn't contain checkout (Whether the filters are added on the series, or under "Filters" on the right side of the page, the results are the same)
4. Notice under Detailed results that the results returned do show URLs that contain the strings specified in the filters.
