chore: add padding to bottom of pricing page

Problem

Currently, when a user goes to a billing page with the products= query in the URL, it's sometimes hard to denote what products are trying to be highlighted. This PR adds padding to the bottom of the page so the products are the bottom can be closer to the top and it adds a border to the highlighted product (or addon)
