feat: Support groups in webhook formatting

Problem

Attempt to solve for https://posthog.com/questions/groups-in-events

We have groups and their properties, we just don't currently pass them along. Starting with a PR to get feedback and see if this feels like a reasonable addition

Changes

• Parse out the groups for an event
• Parse the formatted message for group information
• Ensures every destination has its own payload format meaning we can put whatever we need on PostIngestionEvent
