feat: remove feature gating for paths_advanced
Problem
Advanced paths isn't something that gets people to subscribe. But, it can show the power of PostHog's product analytics.
With the new 21M plan we'll be limiting number of insights, so it make sense to let people use the insights fully - advanced features and all - but just not make that many of them.
Changes
Removes all feature gating for the paths_advanced features.

I support this. Especially since HogQL makes many of those advanced features automatically available.
