posthog Better error messages

We've all seen this error message:

From what I understand, if you're offline, loading cohorts tries to happen first and thus throws the error. But it'd be worth improving this message since it seems to happen quite a bit.

Today I saw another error message that could use some better information hierarchy.

In the above, title should be bolded, description regular (and maybe smaller), HTML descriptions supported (for links), and we should think about buttons maybe just sitting below, at least for long text strings like this that will affect layout.

This isn't a full-blown solution here, but want to get a conversation going around what we can do to improve this since it has high visibility.

Would also be nice to do something around suppressing multiples of the same message if they all happen at the same time...

(I think they get queued up but don't display until the browser is in focus again, causing this.)
