Segment integration reports 401 Unauthorized as successfully delivered

Bug description

When segment integration is misconfigured, our capture endpoint returns 401 errors. These are misreported in segment as "Delivered".

How to reproduce

1. Sign up to segment
2. Add posthog destination with invalid API key
3. Send some events
4. See delivery stats show everything as successful, but no events arrive into posthog

Environment

• [ ] PostHog Cloud
• [x] self-hosted PostHog, version/commit: 1.40.0
