Official proposal to rename Website & Docs team to Team Vibes

All our work on the "Website & Docs team" generally revolves around a few themes:

For prospects

• Explain what PostHog does and make it easy to understand
• Demonstrate our culture, and build cool things that resonate with our audience

For customers

• Maintain well-structured docs
• Make it easy to find answers to questions
• Help find ways to get more value from postHog

For our team

• Build internal tools for

As it stands now, the website is 80% complete. We can spend more time to get it closer to 90%, or we can work on higher-leverage work, some of which may be in-product.

While "Website & Docs" has traditionally represented the team well, as we move away from this (and do less docs work than marketing does), I propose we change the team name to something that is less specific to one portion of our work, and more accurately reflects what we do:

Team Vibes

Ultimately we bring the vibes wherever people interact with PostHog. We're like a strike team of cracked UI-focused people who move around to work on whatever will :sparkjoy:, regardless of where it is.

As such, I propose we officially rename Website & Docs team to Team Vibes to carry us into the next phase of the work we'll be doing.
