Posts: Tapping sort option (on mobile) opens tooltip

Tapping on the chevron correctly shows the menu (albeit off screen, which we should fix), but tapping on the icon (AZ) will open the tooltip on first tap.

On mobile:

• [ ] Don't show menu off screen
• [ ] Don't show tooltip on tap
