Better terms/privacy UX

There are a handful of companies who do a great job of summarizing their legalese into an easy-to-read digest above the full text. (I can't find specific examples at the moment, but maybe others can remember?*)

Given the fact we try to speak clearly and directly in everything else we do, it would make sense to try to give our public legal docs some of this love, too.
