Improve the Chrome Extensions page

I made a chrome extension for fun last night...

This docs page didn't help me much at all (which might only be because I don't know how to make chrome extensions). https://posthog.com/docs/advanced/browser-extension

And so, I ended up solving it a different way than suggested

There's not enough detail to help "someone" who didn't know what they were doing, if we'd fleshed out the options or had an example repo it would have been more helpful for me.
