Couple of tweaks to Management and Career Progression pages

Changes

• Link to the career chats section from the career progression page
• Suggest every 6 months for a career chat (3 months seems too short a gap, especially now we have quarterly OKRs)

Checklist

• [ ] Titles are in sentence case
• [ ] Feature names are in sentence case too
• [ ] Words are spelled using American English
• [ ] I have checked out our style guide
