Standardizing contact sales

Changes

• Moved the get-in-touch page out of the self-hosted navigation
• Updated references to the above to match new location
• Switched the self-serve demo booking form to also include contact sales as an option
• Switched cloud enterprise form to general contact sales one where it made sense
