Add categories (left sidebar) to blog, blog post templates

The page looks unbalanced since we have a right sidebar but no left sidebar. Wouldn't hurt to add the blog categories on the left.

Using the careers nav as a reference:

No selection when viewing a blog post page - only when on a category page

So this also means we should incorporate this into the index/category views too
