Get squeak! users into hubspot

I think we track squeak.cloud users, but we should track users on posthog.com who create squeak logins.

We can then track in hubspot, which means Simon's team will simply have more potential ideal customers to talk to.

I'm not quite sure exactly how we should approach this (ie the project we should use), but writing here to capture the concept

#4097, 204, and 60 get new Squeak! users into HubSpot on posthog.com via the squeak-react package, but I think it'd still be super cool to have an official HubSpot integration in Squeak!

I reckon the easiest way to do this would be to add a new field in settings for a HubSpot access token. We can check for that field when users sign up. If the field exists, we can shoot them over to HubSpot.
