Show category active tally when viewing a tutorial

When a tutorial is being viewed that matches a category in the Tutorials subnav, can we keep the nav open to give you a frame of reference as to where you are?

Example - Tutorials subnav is collapsed.

Some tutorials have multiple tags, which might be a little weird, but I'd be okay with just selecting the first one for the time being until we have a better solution.
