Docker Logs ee to posthog

Changes

Since the docker compose file has been moved out of the ee folder from #7830, the container names have changed.

ubuntu@ubuntu:~/posthog$ sudo docker logs ee_db_1 -n 1
2022-01-22 20:56:21.757 UTC [1] LOG:  database system is shut down
ubuntu@ubuntu:~/posthog$ sudo docker logs posthog_db_1 -n 1
2022-01-24 22:59:49.172 UTC [1] LOG:  database system is ready to accept connections
