Gen 9 Update + Other Features

So I just came across this tool and it seems really good. I was hoping if this project is still alive (which I doubt because last update seems to be before Crown Tundra released) then for Legends Arceus and subsequent Scarlet/Violet update.

Apart from that few features I had in mind were:

1. Removing all the mons that were never distributed as a shiny in any game from the shiny list. As it is now, they are also included in the main dex currently which makes it impossible to get a 100% in the dex.
2. Female eevee isn't listed in the dex. Eevee got female gender difference from Sword/Shield onwards although it was technically introduced in Let's Go Eevee where only your partner pokemon would have that.
3. Also I noticed some mons like Galarian Slowbro don't have their shiny sprites. I haven't checked for other examples but there might be some.
