Admin toolbar icon missing on subdomain sites

Describe the bug

The Popup Maker logo in the admin toolbar is not rendering on subdomain sites.

It seems to be a relative path issue.

Due to Asset Caching though it may be necessary to do a search & replace on the generated CSS to replace relative paths with static urls.

I think this issue also comes up for WordPress installs that don't use the standard file paths.
