Second popup displays without overlay

Describe the bug

The second popup displays without an overlay when opening a popup from a popup without an overlay.

Site information

Popup Maker version: 1.18.2

WordPress version: 6.4.3

PHP version: 8.1.2

Expected behavior

If the popup is displayed from a popup and doesn't have a checkmark in the disable overlay option -- it should still display the overlay.

Current behavior

The second popup's overlay is not displaying.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a popup to launch another popup.
2. Disable the overlay to the first popup.
3. Leave the second popup with the 'disable overlay' checkbox empty.
