Suppress errors for intermittent connectivity

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some of my sensors don't report 100% of the time, despite being close to the Ecowitt hub. This is fine because the values aren't life-or-death and a delay of a few minutes or even hours is fine. However, I am now ending up with a whole lot of errors for this:

Describe the solution you'd like Suppress warnings per-sensor after they have fired once, and only refire the warning after the sensor has reconnected then disappeared again.

Describe alternatives you've considered I guess I could set log level for this component to error-only.
