apparently the x1 looks a bit blurry compared to the rest of the content on 4k/5k devices.

Here is what it looks like on my 5K iMac:

As you can see, it's noticeably blurry relative to the rest of the page.

I also notice now that only the left half (well, quarter by area) seems to be clickable. The triangle decreases in size substantially as the browser window width decreases, while the clickable region remains the same size (and eventually covers the entire triangle).

okay that looks pretty terrible. Good point about the clickable region, it uses the rarely used <area> and with the ear now resizing as you resize the browser, that thing really also needs some JS that updates the coordinates in that.
