Support proper rendering during Print

If there is a solution to this, or it is not considered an issue, please let me know. Regardless, we will have to look into this for an immediate project need.

Description

The radio button selection indicator is not rendered during browser Print

Expected outcome

The selected radio item is easily visible.

Actual outcome

User is unable to tell whether or not a radio button is selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open paper-radio-button demo, or any page containing a paper-radio-button
2. Click print or print-preview
