[customelements.io](http://customelements.io) has been deprecated in favour of [webcomponents.org](https://webcomponents.org). This is particularly harmful since old URL currently redirects to an ad for so-called **MacKeeper**.
I apologize for not creating separate issues and PRs for these 3 items, but I just don't think that it's worth your time or mine to deal with them individually.
