[2.0] - Dropdown arrow not slotting into suffix

Description

The iron-icon used for the dropdown arrow in paper-dropdown-menu is not assigned to the suffix slot (still follows the old content selection by attribute technique)

Expected outcome

The dropdown arrow shows correctly (as slotted).

Actual outcome

The arrow is not shown (not slotted)
