Feature request: Support for a prefix element

It looks like it's not currently possible to provide a prefix element for a paper-dropdown-menu, like with paper-input-container. Possible to add support for this? This would help our team in building more consistent inputs in our many form UIs, which need to make use of a prefix-like element in both dropdowns and text inputs.
