Show <iron-label> in documentation as preferred to the built-in label.

paper-checkbox's documentation shows how to use the built-in label but doesn't make any reference to iron-label, which is much more flexible and closer to a future where paper-checkbox has no built-in label at all. (See #125 for context.)
