Add sample package imports for gulp-uglify, css-slam, and gulp-html-minifier

To eliminate confusion, please add the imports referenced by https://github.com/Polymer/polymer-build for gulp-uglify, css-slam, and gulp-html-minifier. Also, please fix incorrect package reference in comments near the usage of htmlMinifier() to reference the correct package name.
