Make queryParams property definition public

I think the double underscore was added by mistake. In the template it is used without.

Actually it is set in this observer which is watching route.__queryParams which is linked to queryParams. This property is defined in the behavior

@TimvdLippe I see. So why define the __queryParams property in app-location at all? Is it used somewhere? Like you mention, the double underscore version is a subproperty of route.
