Shadow disappear or resetLayout or notifyResize

Description

if an app-header has a shadow property, well this one disappear when window resize happens or a call to resetLayout or notifyResize It seems that shadow is incompatible with effects="waterfall"

@pi4n0zik Yes! the waterfall effect controls the shadow property.
