App layout guide drawer under header

Might want to add a note that if you want to use an app-drawer-layout inside an app-header-layout (so the drawer is under the header), you need to add your own toggle button handler, just like you would if you were using a standard drawer.

Code samples here would be good. For example, an updated version of the PSK2 layout is here:
