`zenity` dependency is not documented

As far as I can tell, the zenity command-line tool is required when making non-file dialogs on Linux without the gtk3 feature.

It would be good if this were documented, since a command-line tool as a dependency is more subtle than a library (which would result in errors on startup, not on use).
