Organize better PolyMath documentation

At the moment, the PM documentation is quite dispersed:

• in Wiki: https://github.com/PolyMathOrg/PolyMath/wiki
• in the book: https://github.com/SquareBracketAssociates/NumericalMethods/releases/tag/snapshot-2016-01-17

We need a better way to organized all the doc, maybe by using GTDocumenter: https://github.com/feenkcom/gtoolkit-documenter

It is still under development, but since the documentation is written in Pillar, we could write it for GTDocumenter and also compile it to HTML and PDF. Maybe we should ask Juraj about this.
