Very Simple Example section of the readme lacks example on manipulating the DataFrame

The "Very simple Example" section of the readme has an example of how to create a simple DataFrame, but no simple example of manipulating/querying it. Adding such example would make it much easier for people discovering this project to get into it. And the description of the section says it has an example of manipulating the DataFrame, but it does not. ;)
