Poll question editor answer boxes should be wider

Please describe what has to be done The text boxes to put in answers are a lot smaller than the width of the page, or any of the other text boxes. These should be expanded so they match.

I think adding width: 100%; to the .questionAnswer style does it, but more testing is needed.
